SMS Communications and Consent
Our SMS program is operated by Aesthetic Nation Inc., DBA PT DOMINATION. We collect your mobile phone number and your separate choices for marketing and non-marketing SMS through optional, unchecked consent boxes in our application form, reached through our website. You may choose one, both, or neither.
With marketing consent, messages may include coaching offers, discounts, and promotional webinar invitations. With non-marketing consent, messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, and updates about your coaching application or existing services. We use your phone number only for the SMS categories you authorize.
We maintain records of your phone number, the consent option or options selected, the date and time of consent, the form or page used to obtain consent, and the consent wording presented to you. We also maintain opt-out and subsequent re-enrollment records. We use these records to manage your communication preferences and demonstrate consent.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation and stop sending SMS unless you expressly opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact operations@pt-domination.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Receiving a phone number in an Instagram conversation, importing a contact into our CRM, or manually booking an appointment does not, by itself, enroll that person in this SMS program. We do not infer SMS consent from those actions.

Direct marketing
