On today’s episode I’m joined by 10K Academy Head Coach, Jeffrey Eadon!
Today we’re going to be doing something we’ve never actually done before. We’re going to be doing an open forum Q & A.
In order to give my clients more value we’re hosting today’s podcast on a Zoom call. We have 22 clients on the call.
One of those clients is Sal.
His question is: “How do you deal with your friends and your family who don’t support you or understand where you’re going and what you’re trying to do?”
Sal is trying to level up, but he feels like he’s constantly surrounded by people who don’t understand him.
My first advice to him is to move the fuck out. Because when you’re living under your family’s roof, it’s their rules.
As entrepreneurs we’re doing something that 90% of the world doesn’t fully understand. Being an online coach and working from your phone is something a lot of people wrongly associate with “scam artists.”
It’s not the fault of Sal’s family. They were taught to go to school, get a job, and follow along with everyone else. That’s their blueprint for reality. And that’s the blueprint they expect Sal to follow.
