#1 – Please fill this form out, we need to know about any dietary restrictions or preferences that you have:

#2 – The airport that you are going to fly into is YLW airport. We highly recommend networking with other members of the community and renting a car and using the Uride App in Canada. The mansion is a 30 minute drive away from the airport, taking a taxi will be expensive. 

#3 – The event check in will be at 4pm on Wednesday, March 25th at Lacasa Resort 6808, Kelowna, BC V1Z 3R8, Canada. Again, please show up between 4pm and 7pm (not any earlier, we will be doing set up).

#4 – All of the food you will need will be included for the weekend, so we got you on that.

#5 – Accommodations will also be included. The person who bought the tickets first gets the first pick of the rooms, and we will be making sure that they get the rooms once they are all checked in and good to go.

#6 – The itinerary for the weekend will be delivered to you on site after check ins on Wednesday Evening. So get your ass there, and everything else you’ll need will be delivered to you on the day.

#7 – You will have access to the Mansion until 11am PST on Wednesday, March 25th. We recommend booking your flights to leave Saturday afternoon, we’d hate to see you miss out on a networking opportunity with your fellow students because you dipped Friday evening.
